The council meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month at one of our parishes: January-April at St Raphael; May-August at St Bede; and September-December at Sacred Heart.

Council #3530 was founded in 1952, when it was known as "Parkway". After a period of dormancy in the 1980's, it was re-invigorated in 1999 through the efforts of PGK Michael G Fader, and was re-named "Pittsburgh/East End". Pittsburgh/East End Council works closely with the parishes of Sacred Heart, St Bede, St Raphael, St Rosalia and Immaculate Conception-St Joseph in Pittsburgh's East End, providing funds for various projects, members being active participants in their parish. etc.
